Your contribution to success
- Ensuring compliance with all GMP-related requirements in development and manufacturing on behalf of customers
- Quality support for customer projects—from the early development phase to commercial manufacturing
- Point of contact for customers, cooperation partners, and authorities in all quality and regulatory matters
- Creation, maintenance, and implementation of quality assurance agreements (QSVs), SOPs, and other quality-related specification documents
- Expert advice and training for internal departments on GMP and quality-related topics
- Collaboration on the continuous optimization and adaptation of the quality management system in accordance with the latest scientific and technical standards
- Analysis and evaluation of quality deviations and control of corrective and preventive measures within the framework of change management
- Approval of certificates of analysis and documentation and management of customer information and change notifications
- Support with internal and external audits and supervision of the electronic document management and training system
This qualifies you
- Completed university or technical college degree in pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally with insight into the processes of a CDMO or contract manufacturer
- In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, in particular EU GMP guidelines, AMWHV, and relevant ICH guidelines
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- High quality awareness and willingness to continuously further your professional development
- Business fluent German and good written and spoken English
- Confident manner when communicating with customers, authorities, and internal departments
