Your contribution to success

Ensuring compliance with all GMP-related requirements in development and manufacturing on behalf of customers
Quality support for customer projects—from the early development phase to commercial manufacturing
Point of contact for customers, cooperation partners, and authorities in all quality and regulatory matters
Creation, maintenance, and implementation of quality assurance agreements (QSVs), SOPs, and other quality-related specification documents
Expert advice and training for internal departments on GMP and quality-related topics
Collaboration on the continuous optimization and adaptation of the quality management system in accordance with the latest scientific and technical standards
Analysis and evaluation of quality deviations and control of corrective and preventive measures within the framework of change management
Approval of certificates of analysis and documentation and management of customer information and change notifications
Support with internal and external audits and supervision of the electronic document management and training system

This qualifies you

Completed university or technical college degree in pharmaceutical engineering, chemical engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable field of study
Several years of professional experience in quality assurance in a GMP-regulated environment, ideally with insight into the processes of a CDMO or contract manufacturer
In-depth knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, in particular EU GMP guidelines, AMWHV, and relevant ICH guidelines
Confident use of MS Office applications
High quality awareness and willingness to continuously further your professional development
Business fluent German and good written and spoken English
Confident manner when communicating with customers, authorities, and internal departments
