Your contribution to success
- Independent processing of customer orders—from entry into the ERP system to invoicing
- Careful maintenance and management of customer and master data in the ERP system
- Independent management of a defined customer base in day-to-day operations
- Handling of complaints
- Preparation of production orders, including the creation of all relevant documentation
- Close collaboration with Production, Logistics, Export, Sales, and Accounting to ensure smooth operations
- Support for material planning and logistics in close coordination with Production
This qualifies you
- Completed commercial training, ideally in the industrial sector or wholesale and foreign trade
- Practical experience working with ERP systems
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English (min. C1)
- Basic technical understanding is a plus
- Strong customer and service orientation as well as a professional demeanor
- Structured, reliable, and independent work style
