Your contribution to success

Ensuring compliance with legal, occupational health and safety, and internal requirements in occupational health and safety
Conducting, updating, and preparing risk assessments, including deriving and tracking appropriate protective and preventive measures
Conducting safety and fire safety inspections and analyzing occupational accidents to establish sustainable preventive measures
Advising the employer and the workforce on all issues relating to occupational health and safety, fire protection, and accident prevention
Planning and conducting instruction, training, and awareness-raising measures to promote a culture of safety
Assessing fire risks, including creating and maintaining fire safety regulations, emergency, alarm, and evacuation plans
Support with internal and external audits and inspections, as well as close cooperation with authorities, professional associations, and the company doctor
Planning, organizing, and conducting ASA meetings, as well as supervising first aid and fire safety assistants

This qualifies you

Successfully completed training or studies and several years of professional experience in occupational safety and fire protection
Sound and proven knowledge of occupational safety and health protection law (including ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, ASiG, BetrVG, DGUV regulations)
Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work with a high level of quality awareness and responsibility
Assertiveness paired with tact and persuasiveness
Very good written and spoken German skills (min. B2 level)
