Your contribution to success

  • Ensuring compliance with legal, occupational health and safety, and internal requirements in occupational health and safety
  • Conducting, updating, and preparing risk assessments, including deriving and tracking appropriate protective and preventive measures
  • Conducting safety and fire safety inspections and analyzing occupational accidents to establish sustainable preventive measures
  • Advising the employer and the workforce on all issues relating to occupational health and safety, fire protection, and accident prevention
  • Planning and conducting instruction, training, and awareness-raising measures to promote a culture of safety
  • Assessing fire risks, including creating and maintaining fire safety regulations, emergency, alarm, and evacuation plans
  • Support with internal and external audits and inspections, as well as close cooperation with authorities, professional associations, and the company doctor
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting ASA meetings, as well as supervising first aid and fire safety assistants

This qualifies you

  • Successfully completed training or studies and several years of professional experience in occupational safety and fire protection
  • Sound and proven knowledge of occupational safety and health protection law (including ArbSchG, BetrSichV, GefStoffV, ASiG, BetrVG, DGUV regulations)
  • Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work with a high level of quality awareness and responsibility
  • Assertiveness paired with tact and persuasiveness
  • Very good written and spoken German skills (min. B2 level)
