Your contribution to success

Independent order processing for radiopharmaceutical product categories
Review customer specific documentation
Ensure deliveries are made on time
Communicate with customers and distributors by phone and in writing
Production preparation and documentation for the production department
Interface with production, export and shipping team

This qualifies you

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial or wholesale and export merchant
Initial work experience in customer support
Knowledge of ERP systems desirable
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Customer-oriented demeanor and strong communication skills
Independent and goal-oriented work style
