Your contribution to success
- Carrying out import and purchasing activities for all Eckert & Ziegler Group companies based in Berlin-Buch
- Processing goods from third countries, taking into account preferences, proof of use and other import regulations
- Checking and processing import sales tax assessments and incoming invoices
- Independent preparation of import, shipping, customs and other documents for the import of active and inactive products
- Initiating orders for production and development purposes, for commercial goods and services as well as for small and office supplies
- Selecting and evaluating suppliers, obtaining quotations and drawing up contracts with suppliers and service providers
- Designing and developing the entire purchasing process
This qualifies you
- Completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Very good MS Office skills and experience in working with ERP systems
- Confident written and spoken German and English skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Conceptual and analytical thinking skills
- High degree of reliability, ability to work in a team and flexibility
- Structured, responsible and independent way of working
