Your contribution to success
- Independent concept development and implementation planning, as well as oversight of internal and external projects, including cost control and documentation
- Advising the Sales department on matters related to packaging and acceptance testing
- Independent evaluation of the activity balance and regular preparation of reports in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Independently developing and maintaining process requirements and documentation within the company’s in-house QA management system
- Defining and ensuring compliance with qualification criteria for incoming radioactive materials based on existing final disposal requirements
- Supporting department management in directing and coordinating departmental tasks
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Preparation, analysis, and editing of reports, documentation, and risk and safety assessments
- Analysis and development of optimization strategies for facilities and processes
This qualifies you
- A successfully completed technical university degree, for example, in process engineering, plant engineering, or a related field
- Ideally, some leadership experience, e.g., as a team leader
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Excel and Access
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Proactive, independent, structured, and meticulous work style
- Experience handling radioactive materials, radiation protection, or the decommissioning of nuclear facilities is a plus
- Willingness to take on responsibility, conscientiousness, as well as flexibility and resourcefulness
- Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for work
