Eckert & Ziegler supplies clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and research institutes with GMP-compliant radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals, and develops customized solutions for research-based companies. With our support, new processes and methods are emerging in the development and production of radiopharmaceuticals.

Your contribution to success

  • Management and oversight of development projects from the initial feasibility study through to routine implementation, including related reporting such as project status, milestones, technical results, etc.
  • Independent planning, coordination, and practical execution of development experiments in the laboratory, including (radio)chemical work, analysis, evaluation, and documentation
  • Development, establishment, and optimization of manufacturing processes and analytical methods for new radiopharmaceutical products
  • Transition of new processes and products into routine operations, including facility qualification and validation of new processes
  • Serve as the central point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
  • Create, maintain, and track project-related documentation, such as experimental plans, protocols, development reports, SOPs, and qualification and validation documents

This qualifies you

  • A successfully completed college degree in a science-related field, such as chemistry, chemical engineering, or pharmacy
  • Several years of experience in project management and direct interaction with international customers
  • Knowledge in the field of radiochemistry as well as radioactive methods (e.g., alpha or gamma spectroscopy, LSC, iTLC, ionization chamber) and inorganic analytical methods (e.g., HPLC, BET) is desirable and highly advantageous
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills (min. B2 level)
  • Independent, self-reliant, and goal-oriented work style with strong execution skills
  • Motivation, flexibility, and a confident demeanor combined with strong communication skills
