Your contribution to success
- Independently managing and overseeing projects related to customer orders for the production of clinical trial samples
- Comprehensive project planning (including time, resources, budget, and communication) in close coordination with the Head of Operations
- Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestone overviews, including ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards
- Operational involvement in projects, as needed and based on technical requirements
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in coordination with the relevant departments
- Supporting the sales team during the acquisition phase through technical consulting and the development of new projects
- Ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty
This qualifies you
- A successfully completed degree in a science-related field (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, environmental sciences, or similar) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
- Good knowledge of applicable GMP requirements and a fundamental understanding of quality systems
- Ability to analytically assess complex technical and organizational issues and develop pragmatic solutions
- Experience collaborating with various stakeholders
- A structured, self-directed work style with a willingness to actively participate in projects, as well as a confident demeanor when interacting with internal and external partners
- Very good written and spoken German (B2 level) and business-fluent English (C1 level)
