Your contribution to success

In this key position, you will take on operational and strategic management of the production lines for laboratory equipment and consumables.
Your primary goal: To ensure that our products are delivered on time and in accordance with quality standards, while also ensuring optimal utilization of production capacity. In doing so, you will continuously drive improvements and actively shape the future of our production division.

Additional areas of responsibility:
  • Work preparation: Optimizing work preparation to increase the efficiency of both production lines
  • Materials management: Responsibility for materials management, including demand planning and demand- and business-oriented warehousing
  • Budget responsibility: Budget preparation and monitoring, as well as responsibility for cost control and reporting
  • Continuous process and improvement management: Strategic planning and further development of production processes for industrial customers, as well as identification of potential improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

This qualifies you

  • Degree in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in production management, ideally in medical technology or related industries
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing, motivating, and developing approximately 25 employees
  • Confident use of ERP systems (especially D365), electronic document management systems, and MS Office applications
  • Analytical and strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a structured way of working
  • Business fluent German and English (at least C1 level) in written and spoken
