Your contribution to success
- Supporting the HR team in the administration of all personnel measures such as new hires and departures, parental leave and transfers
- Contact person for employees with personnel-related issues
- Preparation of certificates and employment references
- Maintaining personnel files and personnel master data in the Rexx personnel management software
- Creation and preparation of ad hoc evaluations and monthly statistics for the management
- Taking on deputy tasks in the recruiting process (applicant management) and at reception (e.g. reception staffing)
This qualifies you
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk or office management clerk) or comparable qualification in human resources management
- Significant professional experience in personnel administration
- Very good communication skills and a friendly and confident manner
- Initial experience with the personnel management software “Rexx” desirable
- Fluent German and good written and spoken English skills
- Conscientiousness and discretion in dealing with employees and sensitive data
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate several tasks simultaneously
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
