Your contribution to success

  • Responsibility for central systems, equipment, and facilities to ensure safe operations at the Berlin-Buch site
  • Planning, coordinating, and carrying out routine inspections, maintenance, and repair work in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Preparation of documentation and reports, as well as updating technical records
  • Emergency and incident response for the systems under your responsibility
  • Ensuring safe working conditions within your area of responsibility
  • Overseeing and managing infrastructure projects
  • Coordinating and supervising external service providers, and serving as the point of contact for them

This qualifies you

  • A successfully completed degree with a focus on facility management, or alternatively, training as a technician or master craftsman
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in facility management
  • Good understanding of how to handle complex technical systems
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with internal and external contacts
  • Strong sense of safety and responsibility, as well as a proactive approach to risk assessment and prevention
  • Very good written and spoken German (minimum B2 level)
