MBB Mikrobiologie Braunschweig GmbH is a newly founded company within the renowned and internationally active Eckert & Ziegler Group that provides analytical services for the radiopharmaceutical industry.

Your contribution to success
- Planning, coordinating, and executing qualification and validation projects for equipment, devices, manufacturing processes, analytical methods, and computer-supported systems (CSV) in accordance with GMP requirements
- Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining qualification and validation documentation, including risk analyses, plans, protocols, reports, and quality-related documents
- Ensuring and regularly verifying the qualified or validated status of equipment, processes, laboratory systems, and software systems
- Providing technical support for the procurement, implementation, and GMP-compliant commissioning of new equipment, instruments, and laboratory systems
- Contributing to the establishment, implementation, and continuous improvement of an efficient and scalable quality management system
- Digitizing and optimizing laboratory, qualification, and quality processes through the further development and implementation of LIMS, eQMS, and equipment and test equipment management systems
- Identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative automation and AI-based solutions to increase efficiency, improve data quality, and sustainably optimize quality processes
This qualifies you
- A successfully completed college degree in engineering, natural sciences, pharmacy, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or radiopharmaceutical environment
- In-depth knowledge of the qualification of facilities and equipment, as well as the validation of processes, analytical methods, and/or computer-based systems (CSV)
- Good knowledge of relevant GMP requirements; experience with quality management systems and, ideally, knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485
- Strong affinity for IT and digitalization, as well as an interest in the implementation and further development of LIMS, eQMS, database, automation, and AI solutions; experience with laboratory or quality management systems is a plus
- An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work; strong communication and teamwork skills; a high degree of initiative; and a willingness to engage in continuous professional and regulatory development
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
