Your contribution to success
- Legal advice to management and specialist departments on all matters of day-to-day business, in particular in the areas of sales, procurement, and foreign trade
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented support of contract negotiations with customers, suppliers, and distribution partners
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and contract templates in German and English (including supply, plant engineering, distribution, licensing, and toll manufacturing agreements, as well as general terms and conditions and quality agreements)
- Independent management of projects, including control and monitoring of project progress
- Coordination of corporate law matters of national and international subsidiaries
- Acting as an interface to external partners such as lawyers, notaries, authorities, courts, and consultants
- Internal communication as well as documentation and reporting
This qualifies you
- Successfully completed degree in business law or law (fully qualified lawyer)
Initial professional experience, preferably in a law firm or in a company with exposure to the healthcare sector - Sound knowledge of national and international commercial law, combined with a strong understanding of business and economic relationships
- Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style, paired with a high level of reliability, efficiency, and goal orientation
- Strong team and communication skills, as well as enthusiasm for independently managing projects
- Fluent (minimum C1 level) German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to undertake occasional business travel within Germany
