Your contribution to success
- Ensuring the timely, legally compliant and economical disposal of radioactive waste
- Coordinating waste sorting, including the approval of waste protocols
- Balancing and documenting waste activities and monitoring temporary storage capacities
- Training and instructing employees in waste management and disposal
- Acting as an interface between production, radiation protection and site disposal
- Analysing and optimising existing processes for waste prevention and reduction
This qualifies you
- Completed training as a CTA, specialist in recycling and waste management, or bachelor's degree in a scientific field (e.g., chemistry or physics)
- Ideally, professional experience in radiation protection or in handling radionuclides
- Knowledge of radiochemistry and radiation physics measurement methods is an advantage
- Very good German language skills (min. B2 level) in spoken and written German
- Structured, independent way of working with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of training and working with different departments
