They play a particularly important role in the research and development of new therapeutic options, but also in the treatment and diagnosis of various types of cancer. We supply clinics, pharmaceutical companies and institutes with GMP-compliant radioisotopes and radiopharmaceuticals and develop tailor-made solutions for research companies. Your contribution to success
- Administrative processing of orders for the product category radiopharmaceuticals
- Creating offers, as well as order acceptance and processing
- Processing customer orders, including the corresponding follow-up
- Coordinating deliveries up to invoicing
- Regular telephone and written communication with customers and distributors
- Maintaining the customer database
- Production preparation and creation of documents for the production department
This qualifies you
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial clerk)
- Initial professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
- Business fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Knowledge of ERP systems desirable
- Careful and structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented manner
