Your contribution to success
- Product group responsibility: Responsibility for a defined product group, including procurement of production materials, merchandise, and services
- Procurement process: Management of the entire operational ordering process: determining requirements, placing orders, tracking deadlines, and ensuring material availability
- Supplier management: Obtaining and evaluating offers, assisting in the selection, evaluation, and contract design with suppliers and service providers
- Import processing: Processing import transactions from third countries in accordance with customs and foreign trade regulations
- Customs and documentation: Preparation and review of import, shipping, and customs documents, as well as processing of import sales tax assessments and incoming invoices
- Complaint management: Handling of complaints, including shipping, as well as continuous optimization of purchasing conditions and processes
- Key figures & reporting: Determination, analysis, and preparation of relevant purchasing key figures (KPIs), as well as participation in reporting
This qualifies you
- Commercial expertise: completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk or a comparable qualification
- Purchasing experience with vision: initial practical experience in operational purchasing, ideally in medical technology
- Digitally savvy: confident use of MS Office and experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365
- Analytical mind: conceptual and analytical thinking skills
- Communication skills: good written and oral communication skills
- Linguistic skills: business fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Team player with personal responsibility: reliable, structured, and independent way of working, as well as a high degree of teamwork and flexibility
