Your contribution to success
- Support in checking import customs clearance documents and processing sanctions list hits during address checks
- Classification of goods under foreign trade law, as well as monitoring and preparing the relevant documentation
- Approval of export transactions after checking internal evidence of legal admissibility and official export licenses
- Support in monitoring and updating the export control program (ICP) and integrating it into the existing quality management system
- Assistance in ensuring and verifying the required level of knowledge of employees in the area of export control, including employee training
- Creation of work instructions and process/flow charts
- Preparation and support for foreign trade and customs audits
This qualifies you
- Support in checking import customs clearance documents and processing sanctions list hits during address checks
- Successfully completed commercial training, e.g., as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk, or a comparable qualification with a focus on customs and foreign trade
- Several years of professional experience in customs clearance of shipments (ATLAS) and in the application of preferential agreements
- In-depth knowledge of national and international dangerous goods regulations and customs regulations
- Strong understanding of global contexts and international relations
- Very good written and spoken German (min. B2 level) and English skills
- Flexibility in dealing with changing workloads and different tasks
- High level of commitment and resilience with regard to time-critical processes
