Your contribution to success
- Developing, implementing and managing our sustainability strategy in close coordination with management and other stakeholders
- Organizing and coordinating the development of global sustainability measures and projects
- Collaborating on the further development and maintenance of the ESG software solution
- Developing and coordinating sustainability reporting, from defining the required data and KPIs to data collection, consolidation and analysis (CSRD & ESRS)
- Monitoring ESG ratings and coordinating input for rating agencies' assessment procedures
- Analyzing and evaluating legal and other external requirements, deriving recommendations for action and implementing requirements in the organization
- First point of contact for auditors and for internal and external questions
This qualifies you
-
Completed commercial training or completed studies in the field of business administration, sustainability management or environmental and climate protection -
Initial practical experience in sustainability reporting -
Knowledge of the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directives (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) desirable -
Fluent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken -
High degree of independence and commitment -
Structured and effective way of working, complemented by conceptual and analytical thinking
