Your contribution to success

  • Developing, implementing and managing our sustainability strategy in close coordination with management and other stakeholders
  • Organizing and coordinating the development of global sustainability measures and projects
  • Collaborating on the further development and maintenance of the ESG software solution
  • Developing and coordinating sustainability reporting, from defining the required data and KPIs to data collection, consolidation and analysis (CSRD & ESRS)
  • Monitoring ESG ratings and coordinating input for rating agencies' assessment procedures
  • Analyzing and evaluating legal and other external requirements, deriving recommendations for action and implementing requirements in the organization
  • First point of contact for auditors and for internal and external questions

This qualifies you

  • Completed commercial training or completed studies in the field of business administration, sustainability management or environmental and climate protection
  • Initial practical experience in sustainability reporting
  • Knowledge of the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directives (CSRD) and the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) desirable
  • Fluent German and very good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • High degree of independence and commitment
  • Structured and effective way of working, complemented by conceptual and analytical thinking
