Your contribution to success
- Assistance with business process analysis and participation in fit-gap analyses
- Gathering business requirements from functional departments and coordinating them with the ERP team
- Assistance with the development of solution concepts
- Configuration of D365 F&O modules such as Finance or Supply Chain, including workflows, security roles, number ranges, and organizational structures
- Maintenance, structuring, and management of master data, as well as support for data import using Data Management Frameworks (DMF), data entities, and the Excel add-in
- Support for technical integration via OData, custom APIs, Power Automate, or Logic Apps
- Planning, coordination, and documentation of system tests, as well as collaboration on system deployment and company-specific system audits
This qualifies you
- Completion of a recognized vocational training program (e.g., Industrial Clerk) or a comparable qualification
- Strong IT skills and an interest in digital business processes and ERP systems
- Practical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, as well as a solid understanding of business processes, particularly in areas such as procurement and finance
- Initial experience in configuring and maintaining D365 applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) as well as initial exposure to Power BI
- Interest in modern AI applications and their use in a corporate environment
- Very good German (min. B2 level) and good English skills
